An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally licensed tax professional authorized by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. EAs have extensive expertise in tax law and are the only tax practitioners who have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS in audits, collections, and appeals. With rigorous training and a commitment to ongoing education, Enrolled Agents can handle complex tax issues, resolve disputes, and provide personalized tax planning advice. Whether you need help with filing your annual return or navigating a complicated tax situation, an EA can offer expert guidance to optimize your tax outcomes and ensure compliance.

We provide upfront pricing which means you will know and agree to our fee prior to us beginning any work or you making any commitment. Once we have all material information required to prepare the return, our fee is calculated based upon your unique tax needs.  Contact us today to discuss your tax situation!

The final fee calculation may change based on the complexity of the services needed.  You will always be notified if any additional fees or services may be needed.

Inside our Client Portal, you will find a Tax Organizer and checklist to help you gather the documents we need to accurately prepare your tax returns.  You can also review our Tax Document Checklist for a list of the most common items needed.

The preferred method of document delivery is using our secure Client Portal.  However, if you do not feel comfortable sending your documents electronically - here are other methods you can use:

Schedule a Mobile Pickup Appointment.  We will come to you (within a 25 mile radius of Logan, WV) to pickup and review your tax documents.  A travel fee may apply.  See our service map for more detail.

You are also welcome to mail copies of your documents to our address below.  We recommend using Certified Mail with delivery confirmation, so you can track your documents during the process.  We will confirm delivery with you upon receipt.  Mailed documents take an additional 1-2 weeks to process.  (DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.  Please retain those for your records.)

Absolutely!  I will never file your tax returns without your review and signature confirmation.  After I have completed your returns, you will be contacted to review the documents.  If you use the Client Portal, a copy will be there for your review and approval.  You may also schedule a Mobile Review appointment (travel fee may apply.)

Your tax preparation fees are due at the time of review prior to filing.  You will be prompted to pay your invoice before you will be able to obtain the copy of your full return. (A summary will be available to you prior to payment.)  After payment is received and you have signed your approval, your tax returns will be filed.

The best way to contact me is using our Client Portal.  I respond to messages in the order in which they are received, so it may take 2-3 days to respond during the busiest part of the season.
